Quality Control
Quality checkpoints for intimate apparel production.
QC is not only one final inspection. It is a staged review process that should connect the approved sample, buyer requirements and shipment preparation.
Caressia supports material checks, sample comments, production follow-up, final inspection coordination and third-party inspection support when the buyer requires it.

QC Scope
The inspection plan should match the product risk.
A lace bodysuit, satin robe, slip dress and simple ready-style order do not need the same QC emphasis.
Material Check
Fabric handfeel, color, stretch, lace consistency, trim quality and visible defects.
Sample Reference
Approved sample, PP sample comments and construction notes used as the checking base.
In-line Review
Workmanship, measurements, elastic tension, seams, labels and high-risk details during production.
Final Inspection
Final random inspection, packing details, carton marks and shipment preparation before release.

What We Check
Make the checking points visible before production.
Clear QC points reduce confusion between buyer expectations and factory execution. They also make third-party inspection easier when the buyer requests it.
- Lace, mesh, satin, modal, chiffon and trim condition
- Measurements, tolerance points and fit-related comments
- Stitching, bartack, elastic, hardware, closure and finishing details
- Logo labels, care labels, size labels and hangtag placement
- Polybag, pouch, box, SKU label, barcode label and carton mark checks
- Packing list, carton quantity and final shipment preparation notes
QC Timing
A practical review rhythm for private label orders.
Before Sampling
Confirm quality expectation, target price, material route and sample purpose.
Before Bulk
Use approved sample, color, size range, label and packaging confirmation as the production reference.
During Production
Check high-risk workmanship and measurement points before the order is too far along.
Before Shipment
Review final inspection result, packing details, carton marks and required buyer documents.
Next Step
Send your quality expectations with the RFQ.
Share product type, quantity, target market, sample status and any retailer or inspection requirements so Caressia can suggest practical QC checkpoints.
