01 / Identify the product
Make the product direction easy to recognise.
Include the product code or reference, product name, subcategory and any reference image, sample, sketch, moodboard or measurement sheet.
02 / State the route
Say what kind of help you need.
Choose Ready Stock, Light Custom, Partial / Full Custom, Collection Development, a mixed project or not sure yet. The route determines the next questions.
03 / Add commercial context
Give an estimated quantity, market and timing.
Add colour and size direction, target market, sales channel, target price position and whether the launch window is fixed or preferred.
04 / Keep uncertainty visible
State the first question you need answered.
A good RFQ is not a finished purchase order. It is a structured starting point for pricing, feasibility and the next product decision.
The best first message makes the next decision easier to see.
05 / Copyable enquiry template
Send the context you have, not a perfect brief.
An actionable RFQ can start with a selected product or reference and an indicative quantity. An incomplete brief is useful when the first product questions are still open.
Share what is known, label what is still open, and discuss the detailed scope with Caressia sales.
- Product codes / references: list selected SKUs, references or a link to the relevant product.
- Estimated quantity: give an indicative quantity per product; it can be refined in discussion.
- Target market: note the country or customer context and sales channel.
- Requested changes: describe packaging, hangtags or product changes, and mark anything not yet decided.
- Open questions: list the first questions about feasibility, colour, sizing, timing or next steps.
