For a quote enquiry, we ask only for your name, work email address, company or brand, country or region, cooperation route, optional message, and the products and quantities you choose from the Quote List. We do not ask for your phone number, postal address, payment information or marketing consent through this enquiry flow.

Why we use it

We use these details to review the request, respond to you, prepare the next commercial discussion, and maintain that discussion if you choose to continue. Where applicable, this is necessary to take steps at your request before a business arrangement or is based on our legitimate interest in responding to a B2B enquiry. We do not sell personal information or use a quote enquiry for unrelated marketing.

Service providers and transfers

Our website and enquiry records are operated through WordPress hosting and Fluent Forms. Those providers process information only to provide the website and form service. Information may be processed in countries where these providers operate; where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

Retention and security

We retain an unconverted or closed quote enquiry for up to 12 months, then delete or anonymise it unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing business discussion, legal obligation or dispute. We limit access to authorised people and use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
